A BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO APPOINT
MEMBERS TO THE BAY RIDGES COMMUNITY CENTRE FOR THE YEAR 1962.
WHEREAS a Community Centre defined as a Community Hall and
Athletic Field under the Community Centres Act, 1960, was
established in the year 1961;
THEREFORE the Corporation of the Township of Picketing ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the following named persons shall comprise the Board
for the Bay Ridges Community Centre for the year 1962:
- Council
_ Couno
/
2. THAT the said Community Centre shall be maintained as a
Community Centre by the said Board in conformity with the
Act and regulations made thereunder.
