being a By-Law to amend By-Law Number 2627.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Pickering
Remit desirable to amend the provisions of By=Law No. 2627;
NOI~THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Township of
Pickering ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 2 of the said By-Law, reading "17.3.1. Notwithstanding
anything contained in Section 17.1 of this By-Law the lands
described below and any buildings or structures erected thereon
from time to time may be used as an automobile racing circuit
and other uses permitted in an 02 zone.
That part of the Township of Pickering comprising that
part of Lot 15, Concession 1, bounded on the north by the
southerly limit of the Canadian National Railway, on the
east by the westerly limit of Church Street, on the south
by the northerly limit of Station By-Pass street and on the
west by the westerly limit of Lot 15."
be amended to read:

part of Lot 16 in Concession 1, bounded on the north by the
southerly limit of Station By-Pass street, on the east by
the easterly limit of Lot 16, on the south by the northerly
limit of the Base Line (Concession 1) and on the west by
the easterly limit of Station Road."
