A BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO AUTHORIZE
THE REEVE ~LND CLERK TO SIGN AN AGREEMENT WITH THE CANADIAN NATIONAL
RAILWAY COMPANY FOR THE RIGHT TO INSTAL A WATERMAIN ACROSS ITS RIGHT-
OF-WAY AT ROSEBANK.
BE IT ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the
Township of Picketing that the Reeve and Clerk be authorized to
sign an agreement with the Canadian National Railway Company for
the Township of Picketing to lay a watermain across the Canadian
National Railway right~of-way at Rosebank, and that the fee for such
crossing shall be Five Dollars ($5.00) per year, commencing Feb. 1,
1962.
