A BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIF OF PICKERING TO NAME
MEMBERS WHO WILL COMPRISE THE PLUMBING INSPECTION BOARD OF THE
TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING.
WHEREAS By-Law Number 2636 provided that the Township should
zce~ and regulate Plumbers, Master Plumbers, Journeyman Plumbers,
Drain Contractors, Drain Layers and Apprentices, and that a Plumbing
Inspection Board of four persons be named, who will set examinations
and mark papers of applicants;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township of
Picketing tha~:
1. The Plumbing Inspection Board of the Township of Pickerin~
shall comprise the following named persons:
(1) Master Plumber - Fred Edwards, Rouge Hills Drive.
(2) Journeyman Plumber - John Ellis, 4q~ Brownfield Gardens.
(3) The Township Engineer.
(~) The Township Plumbing Inspector
with Gordon McDowell, Clerk of Works, acting as secretary
to the Board·
The Board fees for each applicant examination shall be:
$3.00 for %he Master Plumber, and $1·50 for the Journeyman
Plumber, payable by the Township Treasurer.
· The Board shall meet at the call of the Township Engineer.
'~., This By-Law shall become effective on the date of its passing
and remain in force until its repeal.
