MUNICIPALITY TO TAKE OVER AND ASSUME CERTAIN STREETS IN BAY RIDGES AS
TOWNSHIP STREETS UNDER T}4E TOWiiSHIP ROAD SYSTEM AI~D FOR THE TOWi4S?tIP
TO ASSUME A CERTAIN WATERCOURSE.
WHEREAS Consolidated Building Corporation developed the Bay Ridges
~sion, and under an agreement agreed to build the streets to
a certain standard and the construction of such streets has been
approved by the Township Engineer;
AND WHEREAS the Developer has constructed a watercourse from the Base
Line to Reytan Bou]evard of proper grade~ asphalted and fenced, and
same has been approved by our Township Engineer;
BE IT THERLFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township of
Picketing that:
(1) The following named streets be assumed by the Township of
Pickering Road Department as of the date of the passing of
this By-Law:
1. Tatra Drive from the west limit of Lot 293 to Krosno
Boulevard.
2. Poprad Avenue.
3. Sangro Lane
4. Patmore Lane
5. Naroch Boulevard
6. Antonio Street
?. Grenoble Boulevard
8. Fuschia I.an~
9. Modlin Road from Tatra Drive to Naroch Boulevard
10. Fordon Avenue
ii. Garvolin Avenue from Modlin Road to the east limit~f Lot 488.
12. Morden Lane.
Reytan Boulevard from Drava Street to the south limit of Lot 712.
14. Drava Street
1S. Regan Place
(2) The watercourse from the Base Line Road to Reytan Boulevard be
assumed by the Township.
