A BY-LAW OF THE CORPOR2kTION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO
APPOINT MEMBERS TO THE COURT OF REVISION OF THE ASSESSMENT
BOLLS.
BE IT ENACTED by the Municipal eounci] of the Township o£
Pi ckering that:
]. The Court o£ Revision shall be comprised of the following:
,~ Ji_]Jj a~m _t!. Westney
~. ~ Howard E. Turner
4. William K. McLean
2. The said Court o£ Revision shall meet at the call of the
Township Clerk
3. The remuneration of the said members shall be Twelve
Dollars ($]~.00) per meeting, and Ten Cents (]0¢) per
mile necessarily travelled.
4. By-Law Number 2~04 be and the same is hereby repealed.
