A BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO ESTABLISH
A COMMUNITY CENTRE AT BAY RIDGES.
WHEREAS provision is made for the establishment' of a Community Centre
~n Ontario under %~e Community Centres Act, 1960;
AND WHEREAS it is desired to establish a Community Centre at Bay Ridges
[~ the T6w~ship of Pickering;
THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Township of Picketing ENACT S
~S FOLLOWS:
1. THAT a Community Centre defined as a Community Hall and Athletic
Field under the Community Centres Act] 1960, and the regulations
thereunder, be established at Bay Ridges and that the said
Community Centre be administered by the following Board, duly
appointed for the ensuing year.

Centre by the said Board in conformity with the Act and regulations
made thereunder.
