BEING A BY-LAW TO >O~END ByTLAW NUMBER 2~11
~P~EAS the Council of the Township of Pickering deem it
desirable to amend the provisions of By-law Number 2511.
NOV; THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP
OF PICK~ZR; ING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Schedule uAu of By-law Number 2511 at the scale of l"-&O0'
together with references and notations thereon be and the same is hereby
amended by changing the zone symbol from M2 to 02 for the lands described
below.
That portion cf the Township of Picketing comprising of Parts
of Lots 13 and 14, Concession l, located south and west from
Duffin's Creek and bounded on the south by the Base Line Road
and on the west by Church Street.
2. Section 17 of By-law Number 2511be and the same is hereby
amended by ~gthereto Subsection 17.3 as follows:
"17.3 ~X~EF~IONS,
17.3.1 Notwithstanding an,y~h~g contained in Section 17.1
of this By-law the lands desoEiS'ed below and any buildings or
structures erected thereon £ro~'t_~ to time r~y be ~sed as. an
automobile racing circuit.~-~.,~-~~~6,~~
That part of the Township of Pickering co,prising that part
of Lot 15, Concession l, bounded on the northby the southerly
limit ~f the C.N.R., on the east by the westerly limit of
Ch~h Street, on the south by the northerly limi~
~reet and on the west by the westerly.limit of Lot i~
By-law Number 2511 be and the same is hereby repealed and
amended only to the extent necessary to give effect to the provisions
of this By-law.
~. No part of this By-law shall come into force without the
approval of the Ontario [~iunicipal Board but subject to such approval,
the By-law shall take effect from the passing thereof.
