A BY-LAW OF THE COI~POBATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKEBING TO ESTABLISH
A COMMUNITY CENTBE AT W~T MOUGE.
_WHEMEAS provision is made for the establishment of a Community Centre
in Ontario under the Community Centres Act, 1949;
AND WHEBEAS it is desired to establish a Community Centre at West
~ouge in the Township of Pickering;
THE~0~E the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Township
of Pickering ENACTS.AS F.0L.LOW$:
1. THAT a Community Centre defined presently as a "parkette" but
which is planned for an outdoor skating rink under the Community
Centres Act, 1949, and the~regulations thereunder, .be established
in Plan 678, Lots ~/~.)f~,~ and that the sa~d Community
Centre be administered by the following Board~ d~ly appointed for the
ensuing year:
