WHEREAS The Highway Improvement Act requires that the total expendi-
ture on roads be provided for annually by by-law and that the by-law be submitted to
THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the said Township enacts as
follows:
(1) The sum of $___]~It.Q_Q0_~L~.___ is hereby estimated as the expenditure
upon the construction and maintenance of the roads and bridges under its jurisdiction

(2) The said monies shall be expended under the supe~ion of the duly
appoin~d township road supe~ntendent and on work perfo~ed in accorda.c.

(3) The clerk shall ~ansmit dupli~, copies of this by4aw to the
office of the Municipal Roads Branch, Depa~ment of Highways, not later than
. ~~" of the said year.
(4) The approval of the On~a~o Municipal Board shah be obtained ~fo~
any expenditure is authorized or work commenced which will be finan~d by the
issue of debentures or monies rai~d in a subsequent year.
