Being a Bylaw with respect to sewage service rates under
Section 41 of The Ontario Water ~esources Commission Act,
1960, c. 281, and Section 350 of The ~nicipal Act, R.S.Oo 1960,
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Townshlp of
has entered into an agreement wi%q The Ontario Water ~esources
Commission f~r the construction, operation and ~aintenance oi a
sewage works project which is described in a schedule attached tn
Bylaw No~ o
AND WHEREAS it is desirable and expedient to impose pur-
suant to Section $1 of The Ontario ¼ater Resources Co~nission Act,
upon the owners or occupants of land who use the project a sewage
service rate sufficient to pay for /~D % cf the annual payments
to the Commission required to be made under Clauses (b) and (c)cf
paragraph 1 of sabsection (1) of Section &O of The Ontario Water
Resources Commission Act~
NO%V THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the
ENACTS AS FOLLO~'S:
There is hereby imposed pursuant to Section L1 of The
Ontario Water Pesoarces Commission Act, and Section 380
of The Municipal Act~ upon the owners or occupanvs Df
lands from which sewage is received~ treated or disposed
of by the project an annua]~ sewage service rate.
2. .The annual sewage service ra~e imposed on owners or oc-
½;cupants of such lands in respect o.· which water rates
~ / V/or cha[ges are c~h~rged or chargeable shall be a charge
/~'/~./'~ ~ .~ equivakent to -~W~ of the water rat~.s or charges, charg.~<
/ /~ ~ or chargeable innspect of such lands. ·
3. The annual sewage service rate imposed on owners or oc-
~cupents~ of such lands in respect of which no water rates
· ;;'or eha~Kes are cha~ged or' chargenbl~ shall be equivalent

~/ c,h.~g~or chargeable ~n respect of such lands if the

~from the municipal water system-
,~n the case of lands which are supplied from more than
~,one source of water supply the annual sewage service rate
~ imposed on the owners or occupants of such lands shall be
