THE TOWNSHIP OF P'XCKER.XN~. BUXLDXN6 BY-LAW NUMBER :22:83 AND TO REPEAL
BY-LAW I~BR ~86.
BE IT .ENA.CTKD by thc Mun~cipnl Council ef the Townskip ef l~oke~nf
that paregraph 109 ef By-Law Nunber ~e223 be repealed, and the
follov~n~ substituted therefor;
1. Fe ~rm~t Foes -
Fees as prescribed herein shall be paid to the Township of
P~cke~n~ before a Buildin~ Poruit w~ll be grented:
(a) New Bu/lding, or re-erection of an old buildin~ on a
now site, or other accessory bulldin~ eet4umted v~lue
by the Township of l'~cker~n~ net exceedin~ $4,000.00 $ 7.50
Fei*-each additional $1,000.00, or portion thereof ** 1.50
(.b) P~vate ~areges, detached or attached, or ear~orts,
poi* each'cai* accommodation ************************* 5.00
(e) Demolition or remoyal of any bu/ldinf ******.******* 5.00
(d) Altereticns and rep&irs not oxCeedin~ $4,000.00 **** S.O0

Buildinf Peruito are issued only to the ownei* sub~ittinf the
appl4oation M~ may not be transferred.
Buildin~ Permits once issued are net refundable.

4. Tha% By-Lav~ 2585 be and %he same is hereby repealled.
