A BY-LAW OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING
TO APPOINT A WARBLE-FLY INSPECTOR FOR THE YEAR 1961.
WHEP~F~S the Council passed By-Law No. 1942 whereby the Town-
ship is now under the Warble Fly Act;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED, by the Municipal Council of the
Township cf Picketing that:
Warble Fly Control Inspector for the Township of
Pickering~ -nd h~ b .... a.~. ..~.~ . ,
,/
2. The said Warble Fly Control Inspector shall comply
with the regulations of the Warble Fly Act, collect
all fees and pay same over to the Township Treasurer
as collected.
