A BY-LAW OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO
APPOINT POUND-KEEPERS AND FENCEVIEWERS FOH THE SAID MUNICIPALITY
OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKEP~NG FOR THE Y~AR 1961.
BE IT MEMEBY ENACTED by the Municipal Corporation of the Tow~. ship
of Picketing:
1. THAT the following named person be and he is hereby appointed
Pound-Keeper For the Hunicip~lity of the Township of Picketing
for the year 1961t t~ ~ t~ ~:
2. THAT the following named persons be and they are hereby
appointed Fenceviewers of the Hunicipmlity of the Township
of Picketing for the year 1961, that is to say:
F. Puckrln Lewis Jones W. Ho Carson
W. B° Milne Howard g. Turner Leonard Gates
3. THAT the Pound-KeeperM and Fenceviewers appointed hereunder
shall continue to hold office as such respectively after the
expiration o£ the year 1961 until such time as their successors
shall have Been appointed in the year 1962. The fee for each
fenceviewing inspection shall be $ '*,~.~, and ~o~ Cents
per mile.
