A BY-LAW OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF TI{E TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO
APIW)INT A WEED INSPECTOR TO CARRY OUT THE PBOVISIONS OF THE WEED
CONTROL ACT IN THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING DIJB~NG THE I~EAR 1961.
The Council of the Corporation of the Township of Pickerin~
.ENACTS AS. FOLL.0WS:
1. TBAT__~_~h~_~=-__be and he is hereby appointed Weed
Inspector to carry out the provisions of the Weed Control
Act, as amended, in the Township of Picketing during the
year 1901.
2. THAT by-laws numbers 2302 and 2514 be and the same are
hereby repealed.
