to rise for their o~ use ~ravel or sand from their own property,
providing a permit is secured From the Township;
B~] IT TIIE~F0~ ENACTED by the ~unicipal Council of the Township
of Picker~ng that:
]. Harry Ashton be and he is hereby ~esignateR by Council as the
person M~o may issue a permit to any ratepayer to mine grave]
or sand found on his property to be used for his private use.
