A BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSH1P OF PICKER1NG TO APPOINT
A THEASURER-COLLECTOR FOR THE TOWNSHIP.
WHEREAS R. G. Turk has tendered his resignation as Treasurer-Office
Manager, Collector of the Township of Picketing, and such resignation
has been accepted by Council as of June 24, 1960;
BE IT THEREFOHE ENACTEDby the Municipal Council of the Township of
Picketing that :
1. ~r~z~ f-~'~, be and he is hereby appointed Treasurer-
Collector for the Township of Picketing and shall commence his
duties June 27, 1960.
2. The duties of the said Treasurer-Collector shall be those defined
in the Assessment Act, and the Municipal Act, as amended, together
with those duties prescribed by Council.
3. The salary of the said Treasurer-Collector shall be~0D- .:~,:~
per annum.
4. By-Laws Number 2453 and 2515 be and the same are hereby repealed.
