A BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO APPOINT
A COLLECTOR FOR THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKEHING.
~IEREAS E. G. Baker has tendered his resignation as Collector
of Picketing Township, effective May 3, 1960;
.BE IT ~1~EREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Corporation of the
Township of Picketing that:
1. R. G. Turk be and he is hereby appointed Collector for the
To~ship of Pickerinz.
2. The duties of the said Collector shall be those defined in
the Assessment Act and the Municipal Act, as amended,
together with those duties prescribed by Council.
3. By-Law Number 1788 be and the same is hereby repealed.
