~ IT THE~0~ ~NACTED by the ~lci~l Co~cil of ~e Co~oration off
the To~ip of Picketing:
1. No person shall ~ any motor driven vehicle against a person
persons in another motor driven vehicle in the To.ship of ~ering
whether on public or private land.
2. No person ~o o~s. ~nts or occupies any land in the To.ship of
Picke~ng shall pe~t any motor ~i~en vehicle to race against
anotheP motor driven vehicle on any lands o~ed~ ~nted or occupied
by him.
3. Every person ~o operates or Remits a motor ~iwen vehicle contrary
to any of the provisions off ~ls By-%w shall be g~lty of an offence
~ and shall be liable, upon con~ictio., ~der the provisions of The
S.mmmry Convictions Act, to a penalty of not less than Fifty ~llars
($50.00) and mo~ than Five H~dred ~llars ($500.00).
