TO AUTHOHIZE THE REEVE AND CLERK TO SIGN RENTAL AGREEHENTS AND ACCEPTANCE
AGREEMENTS FOR CLAREHONT AND BROUGHAM FIRE E~UIPMENT AND STORAGE.
WHERE~S_ the Police Village of Claremont and the Citizen's League of Brougham
have agreed to turn over their Fire fighting equipment to the Township and
have agreed to rent storage For such equipment to the Township;
.AND WHEREAS the Township's Solicitors have prepared the necessary agree-
ments For such transfers and rental;
BE IT THEBEFORE ENACTED by the Hunicipal Council off the Township of Picketing
1. THAT the Reeve and Clerk be and they are hereby authorized to sign on
behalf of the Corporation such agreements as are required to transfer
the fire fighting equipment of the Police Village of Claremont and
the Brougham Citizen's League to the Corporation of the Township of
Picketing and to sign rental agreements covering storage of same at
a rental of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) per month for a term of Five (5)
years.
