N(~ THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE $ORPORATION OF THE
TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING HEreBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The lands described in Schedule "A" annexed hereto
by Graydon T. Horton & Associates, Ontario Land Surveyors, are hereby
expropriated and taken for or in con~mction with the said Water Filtration
Plant and related undertakings.
2. The Township Engineer and persons ~claiming through him
are hereby authorized to enter on the said lands described in Schedule "A"
annexed hereto for the purposes of erecting the said Water
Filt fetich
Plant
and related undertakings.
3. The said Schedule "A" armexed hereto shall form part of

Description of part of Lot 19, Range 2, Broken Front
C,ncession, Township of Pickering~ .
ALL AND SINGOLAR that certain parcel or tract of land and premises
situate, 1.ring and being in the Township of Pickering and County of
Ontario and being composed of part of Lot 19 in the Second Range
of the Broken Front Concession of the said Township which said
parcel is more particularly described as follows:
PREMISING that the Bearing of the east limit of the said lot 19
Range 2 is N 17o13' 50" W and relating all bearings used herein
thereto;
COMMENCING at a point in the east l~m~t of the said Lot 19
distant southerly therein 1~997.20 feet from the north east angle
of the said Lot 19; the said Point of Commencement being in line
with a fence running westerly;
~i ~ ~,J THENCE S 72°011 20s W along said fence to a point in line with
a fence running southerly, a distance of 665.53 feet;
~ THENCE S 19° 20' ~O" E along said fence, and southerly production
~ '~ thereof, to a point in the high water mark of I~ke Ontario, a
''~ [; distance of 633.22 feet more or less;
THENCE easterly along said High Water mark to a point of intersection
with the said east ltm~t of Lot 19, a distance of 670 feet more or less;
THENCE northerly along said east l~mtt of Lot 19 a distance of
713.80 feet more or less to the Point of Commencement.
Being the land outlined in Red in a certain plan of survey dated
the ~th day of February 1960, and prepared by G. T. Horton,
Ontario Land SurVeyor, and annexed hereto.
