PERMIT 'lqIE INSTALIATION OF ALL PLUHBING.

and to provide for the safety of buildings", Section ]12 reads:
Plumbin.~ Pl~unbin~,~ shall comply with the "Provincial Plumbin~
By-I~ws~ the Public Ilealth Act~ 1952~ or The National Buildin~
Code~ (late('[ 1953."
BE IT TIlEREFORE ENACTED by the 5Iunicipal Council of the Township of
Pi eke ri n.~:
1. THAT the fee for permission to instal plumbing shall be One Dollar
(:i~1.00) per fixture and that before any pl~unbinZ is un(lertaken a
permit shall be taken out by the owner or contractor from the Itorks
Department of the Tov~}ship an,t such permit posted in a conspicuous
place in the building.
2. THAT wherever the words "BullRing Inspector" appear in By-Law
BY-LA~q read a First and Second time this ~ day o£ ~ 19(;0,
