A BY-L/kW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSItIP OF PICKERING TO INCREASE
TH~ BOUNDARIES OF WATER AREA NUIqBER 1 AND TO REPEAL BY-IAwS NUMBERED
2097 and 2360.
~MIEREAS under By-Laws 2097 and 2360 all lands lying west of Houge
River comprise Water Area No. 1;
AND I~IEREAS it is proposed that a water pumping plant will be installed
at Lake Ontario opposite Lot Number 19 to serve the new 3100 proposed
houses at Frenchman's lay d~rin~ the year 1960;
BM IT THEREFORE ENACTMD by the Municipal Council oC the Township o£
Picketing that:
Water Area Ntunber 1 shall be enlarged to include all the lan~s in
Pickerin~g Township west o£ the Rou~,e River and all those lands in
PJckerin.% Township lying between Provincial l!igllway No. 401 and
Lake Ontario and the Town o~ Ajax and the llou~e }Liver.
