SEWER ARIMA NUMBER 1 OF TIlE TOWNSi{IP OF PICKERING.
W}tEREAS Council have approval for a sewerage plant in West Rouge an~
a sewerage plant at Frenchman's Bay~ and it is considered desirable
that one large area be created;
BE IT ~IER~FORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township of
Picketing that:
Sewer Area N~nuber 1 be created comprising all the lands west of the
Ilouge I~ver in the Township of Picketing and all those lands lying south
o£ Provincial Highway N~ber 401 to Lake Ontario~ and £rom the Town o£
Ajax to the Rouge River.
