~IEREAS Council on February 15, 1960, accepted the resignation of
Harry Ashton, Councillor for Ward 3;
AND g~IEREAS ureter Section 170, subsection 4 of the Mxmicipal Act,
Council shall, when there is a vacancy on Council, elect a person
to fill the vacancy for the unexpired term oF the member whose
s~at has become vacant;
AND ~EHEAS by resolution Counci] have elected Harry W. Boyes to
Fill the vacant Co~cil position for the balance of year 1960;
BM IT THE~flFORE ENACTED by the Hunicipal Council of the Township
of Picke ri. rig
THAT lfarry W. Boyes be and he is hereby elected Co~meillor for
Ward Threa for the balanca of the year 19g0.
