A BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF TEE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO MAKE
CERTAIN CHANGES IN THE SALARIES OF THE MEMBERS OF TtIE FIRE DEPARTMENT.
DE IT ~NACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township of Picketing
TIIAT the following changes be made in the salaries of the following
named Firemen:
1. Donald Lynde from $ 4,400.00 to ~ 4,800.00
J. A. Olendinning from $ 3,900.00 to ~ 4,200.00
and that such increases shall be retroactive to January 1, 1960.
2. TtIAT there shall be no overtime payments made to any fireman
who is on a yearly salary.
3. All By-L~ws contrary to or inconsistent with this By-Law are
hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a First and Second time this ~ day o'~~1960.
BY-LAW read a Third time and PASSED this~/~ day o 1960.
