A BY-LAW OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO EXTEND FOR
A FURTHER FIVE YEAR PERIOD PAF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING AS A CROWN
GAME PRESERVE.
WHEREAS By-Law Number 2054, passed January 24th, 1955, extended the
Creation of the Township of Pickering as a Crown Game Preserve from October
1st, 1954 to October 1, 1959;
AND WHEREAS Council feel that it is desirable to further extend such
'?. Crown Game Preserve in the Township for a further five
year period;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township of Pickerinf
that:
1. The Township of Pickering Crown Game Preserve be extended for a
further five year period, that is, from October 1, 1959, to October 1,

2. The sai?own Game Preserve Committee shall comprise the following

together with Reeve J. S. Scott and Councillors Harvey--SpangandSpangand

3. By-Laws Numbers 2054 and 2290 be and the same are hereb repealed.
