A BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO TAKE
OVER COMMERCE STREET EAST IN PLAN 407 AS A TOWNSHIP ROAD.
BE IT ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering:
THAT COMMERCE STREET in Plan 407, being 885 feet in length, of the
Hamlet of Fairport, be and the same is hereby declared a Township
Road as of the date of the passing of this By-law.
