Entitled °A by-law to authorize the Reeve
and Clerk of The Corporation of the Town-
ship of Pickering to execute an option
for easement and grant of easement to The
Bell Telephone Company of Canada con-
cerning the stopped-up road allowance
between Lots 12 and 13, Concession I,
lying north of Highway No.401.e
BE IT IOU AS A BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP
OF PICKERING AS FOLLOWS;
1. That the Reeve and Clerk of the Corporation are
authorized and empowered to settle, approve and execute
under the seal of the Corporation, an option for easement
to The Bell Telephone Company of Canada, over, under,
along, upon and across the stopped-up road allowance
between Lots 12 and 13, Concession I. Township of Pickering
lying north of Highway No.401, which form of option for
easement has been read over and explained to the satisfaetion
//, of the Council, and also to settle, approve and execute under
?!f» the seal of the Corporation the grant of easement to The Bell
Telephone Company of Canada that is referred to in the option
for easement.
2. The execution and delivery of the option for ease-
ment and grant of easement by the Reeve and Clerk of the
?/Q Corporation shall be conclusive evidence of their having been
141 duly settled, approved, executed and delivered pursuant
hereto.
