A BY-LAW OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO ADJUST THE BOUNDARIES OF CERTAIN
PUBLIC SCHOOL AREAS, SECTIONS AND UNION SECTIONS IN THE TOWNSHIP OF
PICKERING.
BE IT ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Township
of Pickering:
1. THAT the boundaries of the various Public School Areas, Sections and
Union Sections in the Township of Pickering shall be as follows:
UNION SCHOOL AREA 1 shall comprise all of Lots
Front, Range 2 and 3, all Lots 1 to 6 inclusive
those portions of Lots 7 to 12 inclusive north

in Concession 2 and south halves of Lots 1, 2,

SCHOOL AREA 2 shall comprise all of Lots 15 to 35 inclusive in
Broken Front, Ranges 1, 21 3, that portion of Lots 16, 17 and 18
south of Canadian National Railway in south half of Concession 1,
and all Lots 19 to 35 inclusive in the First Concession, south
halves Lots 19 and 25 and 26 and all Lots 20 to 24 inclusive, in
Concession 2.
SCHOOL SECTION 1 shall comprise all of Lots 5 and 6 in Broken
Front, Ranges 2 and 3.
SCHOOL SECTION 5 shall comprise the south halves of Lots 3 to 7
inclusive and the north half of the south half of Lots 12 and 13
in Concession 3, all north half of Lots 1 to 13 inclusive in
Concession 3, all south half of Lots 1 to 13 inclusive in Concession

SCHOOL SECTION 6 shall comprise the north half of Lots 18 and 19

clusive and the south half of Lots 23 and 24 in Concession 4.
SCHOOL SECTION 7 shall comprise the north half of Lots 25 and 26,
all Lots 27 to 35 inclusive in Concession 2, the south half of
( Lots 25 and 26, and all Lots 27 to 35 inclusive in the Third
Concession, and the south half of Lots 30 to 35 in the Fourth
Concession.
SCHOOL SECTION 8 shall comprise the north half of Lots 25 and 26
in the Third Concession, the north half of Lots 23 and 24.. all
Lots 25 to 29 inclusive and the north half of Lots 30 to 35
inclusive in Concession 4 and the south half of Lots 22 to 35
inclusive in Concession 5, excepting the north half of the south
half of Lot 35.

SCHOOL SECTION 12 shall comprise the north half of Lots 14 to 27 in-

inclusive and south half of Lots 26 and 27 in the Seventh Concession.

14 inclusive in the Ninth Concession.
SCHOOL SECTION 15 shall comprise all of Lots 15 to 24 inclusive and
the north half of Lots 25 and 26 in Concession 8, and all lots 15 to
23 inclusive and the south three-quarters of Lots 24 and 25 in
Concession 9.
SCHOOL SECTION 16 shall comprise the north half of Lots 26 to 35
inclusive in Concession 70 the south half of Lots 25 and 26, and all
Lots 27 to 35 inclusive in Concession 8.
SCHOOL SECTION 17 shall comprise the north quarter of Lots 24 and
25 and all Lots 26 to 35 inclusive in Concession 9.
SCHOOL SECTION UNION 4 WEST shall comprise all lands lying south of
the Canadian National Railway in Lots 13, 14 and 15 and all lands
lying north of and including Canadian National Railway in Lots 17
and 18 in Concession 1, all of Lots 13, 14, 15, 16, lying north of
the Village of Pickering, all of Lot 17, and the south half of Lot 18
in Concession 2, and the south quarter of Lots 1'_ to 16 inc. jr Con. 1.
