A BY-LAW OF THE MUUCIPALITY OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKEUNG TO RE-
OPEN THE NORTHERLY 754.52 FEET (APPROXIMATELY) OF SIDELINE
BETWEEN TOWNSHIP LOTS 12 AND 13 OF THE FIRST CONCESSION OF THE
TOWNSHIP OF PICEERING.
on May 280 1901, Council passed By-low Number 800 which
closed as a Township road "The original allowance for road between
Lots Numbers 12 and 13 in the First Concession containing ten (10)
acres more or less."
AND WHEREAS such read allowance has neverX been sold and is still
registered in the name of the Township of Pickering;
AND WHEW-W the Northern part of this road allowance has for some
years been used by the public;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township of
Pickering that:
The northerly 754.52 feet (approximately) being from Highway No. 2
to the south limit of Lincoln Street as projected, in the Village of
Pickering, be re-opened and declared a public road.
