A BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF TIIE TOWNSIIIP OF PICKERING TO RESCIND

~IEREAS On November 12, 1956, Council passed By-Iaw No. 2181 which
placed Plan 612 and Bostwick Plan under sub-division control;
JLND WHEI{EAS Plan 61~ is a recel]t plan registered on August 11, 1955,
and placed trader sub-dJvJsJo~ co~]%rol so that certain lots could be
brou~%h% to proper levels fop drainage purposes an(l such lots have now
been built up to the To~]ship standard;

P.~Ek~I. ORE ENACTED I~l~]icipal Co~cil of the To~ship of
Pi cke Pin.%:
1. That By-~w No. 2181 be and the same is hereby repealed insofar
as it affects Plan 612.
~2. This By-~w shall become effective on the t[ate it is registered
in the Registry Office in ~litby, after it has secured the .
approval of the Hinister of Plannin~ and Development.
