A BY-LAIq OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERINC, TO DESIGNATE A PART OF THE
SECOND CONCESSION AS A "BUILT UP AP~EA".
~{EREAS the Second Concession Line of tile Township of Picketing may
be classified as a "built up area" from Royal Road westerly to the
westerly limit, of Lo% 61 in Plan 316, a distance of over 600 feet
on one side;
BE IT TIIF~REPOI{E ENACTED by the ~I%unicipal Council of the Township
of Picketing that:
The Second Concession Line in the Township of Picketing from
Royal Road to the westerly limit of Lot 61, Plan 316, be
declared a "built up area" and the Road Department post the
necessary si~ns.
BY-LAW read a First and Second time this 17th day of.~ovembe~ 1958
BY-LAW read a Third time and PASSED this lTth day of._Novembe¥ 1958
