SHIP OF PICKLING TO C~S~ TWO ~RTIONS OF THE GIVE~ ROAD ALLOWANCE FOR THE FOURTH CONCESSION ~NE 0P~SITE ~T N~ 17. ~EAS the ~ven road used in lieu of the ~opened Forth Concession ~ne and hi~ wooden struct~e over the Cana~an Pacific Railways ri~t of ~y in ~t 17~ Concession 4~ are ~angerous to present 6ay throu~ traffic; ~ND ~S the To~ship of ~ckering has b~lt a new road south of s~veyed road in ~ts 17 and 18 so that the roadway over the Canadian Pacific Railways ri~t of way is no longer necessary; ~D ~S the Cana~an Pacific Railways req~re that they be given authority to remove said overhead bridge on the given road before they make their contribution to the new road; ~ ~S it is the intention of Co~cil to retain the given road as a public road from said overhead bridge westerly to the Bro~ Road and close that portion of this road from the northerly limit of Canadian Pacific Rail- ~y tracks to the Forth Concession ~ne; BE IT T~0~ ~ACTED by the M~icipal Co~cil of the To~p of ~ckering that: 1. The follo~ng portions of the ~iven road for the Forth ~oncession opposite ~t N~b$P 17 in the To~$hip of ~ckering be and the s~e are hereby closed. (a) Co~encing at the South West corner of ~t 17 of the Forth Con- cession as s~veye~; THENCE eastemly along t~ southern limit of ~t 17 371.2 feet to the westerly limit of the given road and being the point of co~encement; THENCE easterly 66 feet along the southerly li~t of the Canadian Pacific ~il~ys ri~t of way to a point; T~NCE southerly 19.8 feet to the northerly li~t of the Fo~th Concession ~ne being 68.6 feet from the point of co~encement; THENCE westerly along the northerly limit of the Forth Concession as s~veyed 68.6 feet to the point o~ co~encement. (b) Co~encing 61.5 feet north of the South West corner of ~t 17 in the Forth Concession of the To~s~p of Pi~erin~; TH~CE N 60° 45 minutes E, 403.8 feet to a point; THENCE S 29 15 ~nutes East 66 feet to the northern li~t of the Canadian Pacific Railways ri~t of way being the point of co~encement; T~NCE westerly 66 feet along the northern limit of the C~a~ Pacific Rail~ys ri~t off ~y to a point; THENCE northerly at a ri~t ~gle one foot to a point; T~NCE easterly and parallel to the Cana~an Pacific Railways right off ~y 66 feet to a point; T~NCE southerly at a right angle one foot to the point of co~encement. 2. This ~-~w shall come into Force and take e~fect at once after is shall have been confirmed by the Co~cil of the Corporation of the Co~ty off Ontario.
