A BY-IAW OF TI~E CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO REPEAL
BY-LAw NUMBER 2341 WHICH PROVIDES FOR A REDISTRIBUTION OF THE 1958
ROAD FUNDS.
g~4HEREAS the District Municipal Engineer requires redistribution of
· Road £u~ds by Resolutio~ and not by By-Law;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township e£
Picketing that
By-Law Number 2341 be and the same is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW head a First and Second time this 6th day of October, 1958.
