A BY-LAW OF THE TOWNSHIP 0W PICKERING TO RE-LOCATE CEHTAIN POLLING
SUBDIVISIONS AND TO AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 2171.
E ~ ENACTED by the M~icipal Co~cil of the Corporation of the To.ship
of Picketing:
1. T~T Clause 42 of By-~w Number 2171 be and the same is hereby repealed
and the follo~ng inserted therefor:
All of Re~stered Plan 612, ~ts 1 to 245 ~clusive and Block "A" being
in North Half To.ship ~t 34, Concession Broken Front, ~nge 2.
2. THAT Clause 43 of By-~w Number 2171 be and the same is hereby repealed
and the follo~ng inserted therefor:
All of Plan 320, ~ts 1 to 157 ~clusive and Blocks "A" ~d "B"
All of Plan 276, ~ts 1 to 24 inclusive
All of Plan 284, ~ts 1 to 273 inclusive and Blocks "A" to "L" inclusive,
berg in parts To.ship ~ts 31, 32 and 33, Concession Broken Front,
Range 2.
3. THAT a new Clause 44 be inserted which ~11 include all lands west and
south of the aouge River in ~ts 31 to 35 inclusive in Concession Broken
Front, Ranges 1, 2 and 3, save and except Registered Plans N~bers ~12,
320, 276 and 284.
