A BY-LAw OF THE CORPORATION OF TIiE TOWNSHIP 0F PICKERING TO A~i~ND BY-
LaW NUMBER 2016 REGULATING THE ~ECTION OF BUILDINGS, AND TO REPEAL
BY-LAW NU}4BER 2093.
B~__I_T_E_~A_O~E__D by the 5[unicipal Council of tile Township of Picketing:
(1) That the following clause be added to By-Law Number ~ Section
105, after sub section (a):
(aa) For ~reater particularity and without restricting
the generality of the £oregoing, the moving o£ any
building within the Township of Picketing or the
bridging oF any building into the Township of
PieReri~g whether such building shall be in a
completed state or in an incompleted state,
shall be fleemeel to be an erection of such
building within the meaning o~ paragraph (a)
of this section.
(2) That By-Law Number 2093 be and the same is hereby repealed.
