BE IT I~ACTEI) by the 5[unicipal Council of the Corporation of The To%mship
o£ Picketing that:
1. That Clause 2 of By-Law Number 2306 reading "No O~]er of any female
dog shall allow or permit, while in heat, such dog to run at large
within the limits of the Township of Picketing" shall read "No Owmer
of any female dog shall allow or permit, while in heat, such dog to
run at large within the limits of the Township of Pickeri~g but shall
be confined in a building to which other dogs may not have access."
2. That Clause 17 of By-Law N~,~ber 2306 being the penalty clause shall
apply to the £oregoin~ff Clause 1.
