BE IT ~0~ ~ACTED by the ~micipal Co.oil of the To.ship of
~ckerin~ that
1. ~AT Clause 2 of By-~w 2260 reading "That the said ~bent~es
shall ~ dated the 2nd day of July, 1958, ~d shall be payable In twenty
instalments on the ~d day of July In each of the years 1959 to 1978, both
inclusive, and shall bear ~nterest at the rate of 5-3/4~ per ~, ~d all
of such interest ~all be payable ~ually on the 2nd day of J~y ineach
year of the c~Pency of the ~bent~es. The De~nt~es shall ~ve coupons
attached thereto for the payment of interest and the respective ~o~ts of
pr/nc[pal and interest payable In each of such years shall be as set forth
in Schedule "A" hereto attached." ~ ~ended to read
T~T the sa~d ~bent~es shall be dated the 1st day of September ,1958,
and shall be payable in twenty instalments on the 1st day of September
in each of the years 1959 to 1978, both inclusive, ~d shall bear interest
at the rate off ~ ~ per ~n~, and all cC such interest shall be payable
annually on the 1st day of September in each year of ~e c~rency of ~e
~bent~es. The ~bent~es shall have coupons attached thereto for the
payment of interest and the respective amo~ts of principal ~d ~nterest
payable in each of such years shall Be as set fforth in Schedule "A" hereto

payable as to both principal ~d interest In la~ul money of C~ada at The
C~adian ~k of Co~erce in Cl~emont, Ontario, or at the principal office
of the said Ba~ in the City of To~onto~ Ontario, at the holder's option'
be ~ended to include the City of Montreal. ~
