A BY-LAw OF TIlE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO APPOINT A WEED INSPECTOR TO
CARRY OUT THE PROVISIONS OF THE WEED CONTROL ACT, IN. THE TOWNSHIP OF
PICKERING, DURING THE YEAR 195S.
The Council of the Municipal Corporation of the Township of Picketing
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:

INSPECTOR to carry out ~provisJo~s o£ the ~eed Control
Act, in the rowpship o~ P~ckering, durln~ the year 19fi~o
2. THAT the duties of the Weed Inspector shall be as set forth
ard def~ed in the said Weed Control Act.
3. THAT the remuneration of the said Weed Inspector shall be
, per hour with _ Cents allowance per mile For
mileage or travelli~ expenses while actually engaged i~
dischargir~ the ~uties of the said office.
