~ts N~ber 24 to 35 ~nclusive, and under By-~ N~ber 2098 the area
~as amended to covey lots 22 to 35 inclusive, from ~e Ontario to
half way between Concessions No. 3 and No. 4, kno~ as F.I~ ~M
~ER ONE, and has an assessment or $ 6,041,587.77;
AND ~ER~S ~der By-~ N~bev 2267 F~RE AR~ N~ TWO was created
taking in all the lands south of ~igh~ay 401 ~n ~ts 1 to 6 ~elusive
and the 1957 assessment is $ 447,720.00;
~D ~ER~S the ve~ining part of the To.ship sec~es protection
from the Police Village of Claremont and Sto~fville, Ajax, ~ckering
Village and Bro~ham Fire Brigades;
~D ~S thex~ssessment fo~ the Police Village of Claremont for the
yea~ 195~ is $ 404,563,52, and as they o~ their local fire ff~ghting
equipmen't ave exempt from further levy;

.BE .IT THEREF0.HE .ENACTED by the Hunicipal Council of the Township of
Picketing:
1. That there be raised, levied and collected, from and upon
all the rateable property in FIRE AREA NI~qBER ONE in the year
1958, the rate or sum of ~ Hills on the Dollar, amounting to
$ /~..'~ I~'. ),~' for th aToresaid purpose in the said year.
2. That there be raised, levied and collected, from and upon
all the rateable property in FIRE AREA NUMBER TWO in the year
1958, the rate or sum of ~ Hills on the Dollar, amounting to
$ /~. ~ for the aforesaid purpose in the said year.
3. That there be raised, levied and collected, from and upon all the
rateable property in the Huntclpaltty, excluding FIRE AREAS NUMBERS
ONE AND TWO and the VILLAGE OF C[A~E~f0NT, the rate or sum of 1. Hills
