BY-LAW OF THE ~CUNICIPALITY OF TIlE TO~NSIflP OF PICKERING TO APPOINT
WARBLE FLY INSPECTOR FOR THE YEAR 1958.
;~tEREAS the Co.noil passed By-Law No. 1942 whereby the Township of
~ckering is ~ow u~der the Warble Fly Act;
gE IT THEREFORE ~ACTED by the ~nricipal Council o~ the Town, ship o~
ckerJ~ that:

Fly Control Inspector for the Township o~ ~ckeping, and he be
paid for his services ~ I '~' ?~
.. · ' per hour, and Cents per
mile allowance for cap mileage or travelling expenses while
actually e~gaged tc dischargir~g the duties of the said office.
The said Warble Fly Control Xnspectov shall comply with the
regulations of the ~arble Fly Act, collect all fees a~d pay
same over to the Township Treasurer as collected.
