McIntosh Investments Limited, and Transveldt Developments ~mited, all
lots in Plan 678 may not be deeded to purchasers ~til the aforesaid
companies pay the To.ship of Picketing Treasurer the s~ of T~ee
~d~ed Dollars ($300.00) per lot;
~D ~{~S en pa~ent of the said Three H~dred Dollars ($300.00) per lot,
the said lots ~y be released only by a registerable agreement;
T~EREFORE the Municipal Co~cil of the To.ship of Pickerin& hereby
~ACTS AS FOL~WS:
1. ~AT the Reeve and Clerk be and they are hereby authorized to si~ an
agreement on behalf of the To.ship of Picketing as requested by the
Developers on payment of the said Three H~dred Dollars ($300.00)
per lot.
