By-law oC the Township o£ Picketing to authorize the Heeve a~d Clerk
o issue a deed to the Canadian National Hallway for part "Block D"

HEHEAS the Canadiam National Hallways of£ered the Township Four
undred Dollars {$400.00) for part Block D and all Lots 97 and 277
n Plan 2~4 and said o££er was accepted by Council on September 24, 1956~
E IT THEREFORE. ~ACTED by the Munioipal Council of the Township o£
ickering THAT
The Reeve and Clerk be and they are hereby authorized to sign
deed to the C mnadian National Railways for the easterly Forty Feet
40') ~lock D and all of Lots 97 and 277, all in Plan 284, for the
um of Four tlundred Dollars ($400.00).
