I", A BY-LAW OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO AUTHORIZE FEES TO BE CHARGED FOR HUNTING LICENSE: WHEREAS Section 24A of the Game and Fisheries Act-itw provides "The Minister may in writing authorize any Township to pass by-laws for issuing and fixing the maximum number of licenses to hunt, during the open season, pheasants, rabbits and C#ses and for charging such fees as he may authorize, and the Minister may fix the minimum number of such licenses that the by-law shall provide for. BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township of Pickering THAT 1. The license fee for non-residents of the Townshiptof Pickering to hunt ?heasants, rabbits and foxes in season shall be Three Dollars N3.00). , ?- 2. The license fee for residents of the Township of Pi fin to d hunt pheasants, rabbits and foxes in season shall CC. / 3. There shall be not less than Two Hundred or more than/. non-resident licenses issued each year. 4. There shall be no restriction on the number of resident licenses sold. 5.
