A BY-TAW OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO AMEND BY-TAW NUMBER 2206
AS TO APPOINTMENTS TO THE TOVNS11TP OF PICKERING PLANNING BOARD.
WHEREAS Mr. Frank Routley has tendered his resignation as member
and Chairman of the Planning Board and such resignation has been
accepted by Council,
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Corporation of the
Township of Pickering
1. THAT Section 4 of Clause 1 of By-Law Number 2206 wherein
certain members are appointed to the Planning Board, reading
"Frank Routley to December 31, 1958" be amended to read
"David Lennox to December 31, 1958."
BY-LAW read a first and second time this ¢nd day of July, 1957.
BY-LAW read a third time and PASSED this f.nd day of July, 1957.
