W-'-'ALAS the Trustees of the Police Village of Claremont. have requeste•1
the levy of a special rate of --.I Mills on the Dollar upon all the
rateable property in the said Village to defray the cost of maintaining
street lights, and. to meet the costs of other sundry Village requi_rerer_ts,
d.urim, the year 1957;

BE IT, TIILREFORP_ EXACTI;D by the Mi.ulicipal Council of the Township of
Pickering:-

rateable property in the Police Village of Claremont, in the year 1957,
the rate or sm? of 2.4 Mills on the Dollar, air.ounting to the sup of
r 913.03 for the aforesaid purposes of the said Police Village of
Claremont in the said year.
