A BY-LAW OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING
TO AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 2186 WHICH PROVIDES FOR THE BORROWING
OF $88,834.92 FOR WATER AREA NO. 1.
BE IT ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township of
Pickering that:
1. The Debentures in the amount of $88,834.92 be

and they shall constitute a liability against
Water Area No. 1, and such cost shall be levied
in its entirety on the Area.
By-Law Number 2186 be and the same is hereby amended
to include Clause 1.
BY-LAW read a First and Second time this day of1957.
BY-LAW read a Third time and PASSED this _day of 1957.
