A By-L,w to establish a Civil Defence Co.nmittee.
WHEREAS Section 337 of The Iiur_icipal Act, R.S.O. 1950,
provides that By-Laws may be passed for aiding the establish-
ment or maintenance of local Civil Defence Committees and
for providing money for air-raid precaution or other similar
work within a municipality.
AND IIHEREAS it is deemed expedzent,to appoint a Civil
Defence Committee for the Town; Vf ...... ...

1. That the persons hereinafter listed be and they are

4. That the Council shall provide in its yearly estimates
