A BY-LAW OF THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO
AUTHORIZE THE REEVE AND CLERK TO SIGN AGREEMENTS WITH OWNERS FOR
THE DEDICATION OF LAND TOBE USED FOR ROAD WIDENING AS REQUIRED BY
THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING PLANNING BOARD.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING.
THAT the Reeve and Clerk of the Township be and they are hereby
authorized by Council to sign agreements with owners where necessary,
agreeing that the 101 frontage required by the Planning Board, will be used
for actual road widening only and for no other purpose.
